August 25 (Renewables Now) – Indian company Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Ltd (RUMSL) is seeking a consultant to carry out an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for a 600-MW floating solar scheme in Madhya Pradesh.
The deadline for bids is September 13. The tender documentation is available on the website of the Madhya Pradesh Government eProcurement System:
RUMSL is a joint venture between the Solar Energy Corporation of India and state utility Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd. The project it needs an ESIA for is planned for the in Kaveri Branch reservoir of the Omkareshwar Dam. Bids will be accepted only from consultants with significant experience.
