Plans are in the pipeline to develop up to 200 new homes at a working farm in Bristol, new documents have revealed.
Land spanning more than 14 acres at Yew Tree Farm in Bedminster Down has been earmarked for redevelopment.
Housebuilders Redrow Homes and Newcombe Estates have requested a screening opinion to determine the requirement for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for a future planning application at the site.
The houses would be of mixed size, type and tenure, and the wider scheme would include roads, footpaths and cycleways, public open space with a children's play area and strategic landscaping.
A statement lodged by Pegasus Group on behalf of the housebuilders said: “Whilst there may be an effect on biodiversity, the proposed development seeks to retain and enhance areas of wildlife value where possible.”
Bristol City Council will issue a screening opinion in due course.

  1. You really make it appear really easy together with your presentation but I find this topic to
be really one thing which I feel I would by no means
understand. It sort of feels too complex and extremely broad for me.
I am taking a look ahead to your next publish, I will try to get the hold
    of it!
